Happy seven months sweet Dalia! At her last doctor’s appointment Dalia was in the 80th percentile for height and 25th for weight, measuring 26.75 inches tall and weighing in at 13 pounds 11 ounces. She loves avocado and banana, and had her first taste of peas this morning. The activity table and jumperoo are where Dalia likes to spend her days, bouncing around to the music. This month Dalia will take her very first plane ride and meet three of her great grandparents for the very first time.
Dalia is four months old today, and we celebrated by visiting her pediatrician, Dr. Dan. Dalia grew 1 1/2 inches over the past two months. She measures in at 25 inches tall, in the 90th percentile for height, and weighs in at 12 pounds 5 ounces, putting her in the 30th percentile for weight.
Over the past few weeks Dalia started giggling when we sing to her, gave up her pacifier and loves wearing dresses and jeggings. Her personality is starting to shine through, and we love getting to know her.
Happy three month birthday to our sweet Dalia. Our tall girl is in the 95th percentile for height and weighs in at 11 pounds. She now rolls from front to back and gives us huge smiles. She loves to be cuddled and is now sleeping unswaddled at night. We can’t wait for Dalia’s simchat bat this weekend, and look forward to celebrating with friends and family.
Happy two month birthday to our sweet little lady. Dalia has her doctor’s appointment tomorrow, and we will update her stats then. She is growing nicely and sleeping better each night. Dalia has no interest in the swing and prefers to be held. She loves a good swaddle and eats and burps like a champ.
Happy belated 21 month birthday to Jack!
This week was Jack’s first week at a new school and he is adjusting well. His favorite toys are duplos, he will sit and build all day. Jack has a great arm and impressive aim, since he also loves to play catch. We let him pick out his shirt every morning, and his favorite has red, white and blue stripes. Jack likes getting gentle kisses from Ollie, and taking him “outside” every morning. Jack has so many words these days we have stopped keeping track. Every now and then he will bust out a full sentence, such as “may I have more milk?” We love has easily he communicates.
Happy eighteen month birthday to J-dog! Jack absolutely loves shoes, and makes sure his parents have their shoes on every morning. If we don’t, he brings them over shoe by shoe, always properly paired, and helps put them on our feet.
Jack took his first transatlantic flight to Israel where he saw the sights, enjoyed the food and learned how to say hello the Israeli way, “ah-low,” when answering a phone. Jack’s newest words and phrases include:
